This statement applies to the website https://tidybox.eu, operated by RMX Tec EOOD (4 Sv. Ivan, A27, Bansko, Bulgaria 2770).
Target
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA and EN 301 549 chapter 9 (web content) on consumer journeys: buying stickers, creating and using an account, scanning a labelled box, cookie consent, help, and the public marketing pages.
Conformance status
Partially conformant. Some parts of the service meet WCAG 2.2 AA; known limitations are listed below. We do not claim full conformance.
Known limitations
- Tutorial videos: captions are being wired; English captions and transcripts are rolling out first.
- Payment is handled by Stripe Checkout, a third-party service. Google sign-in is a third-party identification screen.
- Generated print PDFs (sticker sheets) are not tagged for PDF/UA yet.
- We have not yet completed a full assistive-technology audit (NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack).
